You are a Senior UI/UX Designer (f/m/d) with strong experience, and you will be an essential part of our bootstrapped and 100% remote company with a flat organizational structure. The position is full-time. This is an excellent career opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a key position.

In the Product department, we are looking for a Product Designer whose objective will be to optimize the user journey and growth loops from new user acquisition, along lifecycle to reactivation. As part of the Growth Mod (cross-functional squad) you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and marketers to identify and understand opportunities for driving user growth. Collaboratively you will come up with solutions across different touchpoints, validate them and support implementation. The Growth Mod is responsible for acquisition funnels, onboarding, activation, lifecycle communication, growth loops and reactivation with an associated set of metrics like new users, funnel conversion, k-factor, etc. Also, you will have the possibility to work with a [b]full-remote schedule if you want[/b].
✍Some tasks you'll do... ✍
Spot, analyze and synthesize Voicemod's problems and needs by applying the right research, data analysis, and discovery methods.
Communicate solutions to the stakeholders.
Take an idea from a rough sketch to pixel-perfect, implementation-ready specifications.
Provide hands-on delivery of UX assets across all channels, such as concepts, wireframes, prototypes and visual designs with tools like Sketch, Adobe CS and InVision
Work with other designers, product managers, UX researchers, and engineers to oversee new user experiences from concept to launch while giving and receiving regular feedback.
Job requirements
✏📃 What do we need from you? 📃✏
3+ years of experience using UX/UI as a designer, product designer, Interaction Designer or similar UX related role for digital products in an agile environment.
Experience in designing and applying data-driven designs finding the balance between UX and metrics optimization.
Experience in product and tool design with InVision, Sketch and / or Adobe XD.
Experience in the use of testing tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, split.io, Optimizely and / or VWO.
Knowledge of best practices, different patterns, and technologies used in interactive websites and apps.
Understanding user needs, creating flows and validating them with data-based experimentation and user tests at different levels of loyalty.
At least, level C1 of English.
